#010: Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Everybody Knows This is Nowhere

I’ve been toying with the idea of going on a bit of a roadtrip next month. I hit up some buddies of mine that live back in Eugene, OR and it looks like the quest is a go. It’s been a long while since I was back home in Oregon and I miss the place and the people a lot. Ever since I made the decision to actually do this, it’s like a parting of the clouds up ahead. I’m getting inordinately excited. These few days will have to count for all the summer vacations I’ve missed since I moved from there.

Every time I think about
back home
It’s cool and breezy
I wish that I could be there
right now
Just passing time.

Sweep off the front porch boys, I’m comin home.
